For cash on delivery, if offered, payment must be made according to the instructions provided at delivery.

You must provide accurate payment and billing information. We do not ask customers to share their passwords, PINs or OTPs through WhatsApp or other unofficial channels.

We aim to deliver orders across India, subject to courier service availability.

Free shipping is advertised on orders above ₹599, subject to the shipping conditions displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier operations, weather, holidays or other circumstances.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible after dispatch.

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address, PIN code, phone number and other information required to fulfil your order.
